obs_description      = JWST MIRI F770W imaging mosaics from the complete COSMOS-Web Public Data Release 1, covering a non-contiguous area of approximately 0.24 square degrees in the COSMOS field.

prov_progenitor      = JWST GO-1727 COSMOS-Web DR1 MIRI F770W SCI mosaics, based on 160 unique survey visits with replacement observations included for visits that failed or were skipped. The data were processed using the JWST Calibration Pipeline 1.12.5 with CRDS pmap 1130, supplemented by custom background subtraction and additional COSMOS-Web processing. Astrometry was based on an updated HST F814W reference mosaic aligned primarily to Gaia DR3 and adjusted to COSMOS2020.
