obs_description      = Time sequence of WISE and NEOWISE-R W2 (4.6 um) Level-1b single-exposure intensity images around the North Ecliptic Pole. Frames were selected from the IRSA WISE Merge Level-1b Image Metadata Table with band=2, qual_frame=10, and spatial overlap with a 1 x 1 deg ICRS region centered at RA=270.0 deg, Dec=+66.5607 deg. Full Level-1b intensity frames were used and ordered according to their observation time before conversion to a time HiPS 3D.

obs_ack              = This HiPS 3D makes use of data products from the Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer (WISE) and NEOWISE projects, funded by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
