obs_description      = The HST Hierarchical Progressive Survey (HiPS) has been built by Daniel Durand and distributed by CDS. It sets together all HST observations done in F555W, F547M and F569W filters between the beginning of the mission  to early 2025.The Hubble Space Telescope (HST) is a cooperative program of the European Space Agency (ESA) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to operate a space-based observatory for the benefit of the international astronomical community.
